Description

IGBT power modules removed from the inverter power stage of the CELES OTIS 100 converter. Ten units are available, making this the largest single holding in the Trailigaz inventory and a useful lifetime spares package for an operating MZC-series generator.

Used OEM component removed from a complete Trailigaz ozone generator or CELES OTIS 100 inverter assembly. The item shown in the photographs is the actual type of component available. Cosmetic marks consistent with prior industrial service may be present.
